A little while ago I said I was going to start doing some light exercise after Christmas.
Well, it is after Christmas now.
And the results are pretty damned discouraging. I can't do a situp, I can only do a few pushups, and leg lifts make my back hurt. Though that part may be as much the living room floor's fault as mine. I've tried some things that don't make me try to fight gravity and I can at least get through them, but the mental effort is even more than the physical. I just... don't wanna. But I really should, so I can get myself to the point of being able to do actual exercises.
At my current rate of two sets every two weeks I don't think I'm gonna get there.
